A Truly Nourishing Christmas Gift Guide.
The countdown to Christmas is well and truly on and there's every chance you are looking for some gift-giving inspiration, yes? This week I asked some of my favourite health and wellness folks to join me in sharing some of the most nourishing, holistic and interesting gifts on offer. And voila! Our very own 12-days of Christmas gift guide.
It's quite the list, brimming with unique and creative gift ideas. I hope it brings some greater health and happiness to the lives of your loved ones. So happy shopping friends and may Santa be good to you all.
1. The gift of Reiki from Amy
Give the gift of good energy. Maybe it's even time to throw some hints your loved ones way? This beautifully healing 1 hour energy treatment is enjoyed in my therapy practise in Yarraville, Victoria. You can read more about this wonderful therapy here or go ahead and purchase a gift card here.
2. Oh My Goodness Hot Chocolate Mix
Chocolate equals love in my book so give some love this Christmas with this absolutely delish sugar-free hot choc mix (and when I say sugar-free I even mean fake sugar-free) by Oh My Goodness.
3. THI Gift Card
A THI gift card is a great way to bring some holistic happiness into the life of a loved one. They can be used on any of our wholefood eBooks or numerous therapy offerings to the value of $25, $50 or $100. Easy, wholesome and versatile - a gift that takes about 2 minutes to organise but lasts a lifetime.
4. Health and Wellness Savings Program with Nourish Melbourne
For the health and wellness enthusiast in your life (Melbourne-based), Nourish Melbourne’s discount program is a treasure trove of products and services – from butchers and grocers, naturopaths and osteopaths to hair salons and skincare, tea and yoga. Gosh, just so many great offerings! Monthly or yearly memberships available (or get in quick for the next round of 3-month trial memberships starting January 9, 2017... be warned: these sell out fast!).
5. 100% Natural Skincare by Tailor
Make a selection from my favourite 100% natural skincare range by Tailor. You can read all about why I love it here.
6. My very favourite essential oils by doTERRA
Empower your friends and family to take care of their own health with these wonderful 100% therapeutic grade essential oils. Here's some of my daily favourites. Set up your own wholesale account here for just $35 (with no obligation to buy oils at any point) or shop retail using my ID number 1346532.
7. Thought Starter Cards by Top Five Movement.
"What did you do for yourself today that will make tomorrow easier, brighter and more fun?" Just one of the many prompt questions in this compact compendium. A practical tool for happiness and fulfillment - we love these beautiful Thought Starter cards by Top Five Movement.
8. Make your very own Bath Salts
Giving the gift of a little time-out is surely one of the kindest things you can do for someone. And nothing says time-out quite like a good old fashioned soak in the bath. Make your own bath salts (all of the how-to here) and personalise with a blend of different essential oils. A simple and luxurious gift.
9. The very best cream blush from Beautiful Because.
My very favourite cream blush (I cannot get enough of this product, to the extent I only use it on special occasions!). It's called Vapour Aura Multi Use Classic Blush (I use 207). I also love the Australian Inika range, in particular their foundations. Check out the fabulous range from Beautiful Because here.
10. Smoothie Bombs
Certified organic, gluten-free, raw, vegan, dairy-free, palm-oil free, all natural - everything really - these little blasts of goodness from nutritionist Cinzia of Smoothie Bombs are a really clever idea. We think the Smooth Bombs starter pack for just $55 is the way to go. (After-pay also available... now that's handy at Christmas time!).

11. A Month of Mindfulness
We focus so much on cleaning out our bodies, why not our mindsets every now and then? This gorgeous Mindful Month eBook by Dr Elise Bialylew from Mindful in May is just the thing to create some mind space. Simply head over to the Mind Life Project and purchase the eBook and gift to a friend by forwarding the download link with a little message once it hits your inbox!
12. A relaxing one-hour massage
Another one for our Melbourne friends! Give the gift of a pair of magic hands - a one-hour massage in the comfort of your own home (that's right folks, your own home!) from Still Beauty. Seriously relaxed just thinking about it.
The THI Santa sack is now empty! I hope you found something special for a loved one and maybe even for yourself! (you can always hint).
Merry Christmas to all x
