It's now just over 2 weeks until THI once again embarks on the global Mindful in May challenge and I'd like to take this opportunity to invite you to join us. We are building our own meditation team!
What's it all about?
Mindful in May is a global one month online meditation challenge that brings the benefits of meditation together with an opportunity to contribute to a global cause. The one month meditation program includes an accessible, well researched program (particularly supportive for time poor people that are new to meditation). It is delivered daily to your inbox and includes: weekly audio meditation downloads, exclusive interviews with leading global experts in the field and cutting edge science to keep you connected to your challenge.
The idea is that while you learn to meditate and be mindful, your donation and fundraising will ripple across the world to help improve the lives of the one in nine people on the planet who live without access to clean, safe drinking water.
How to join the THI Mindful in May team:
Click here then click on 'Join this team' to the right of the page. It costs just $30 to sign up. You can also make a donation to the charity if you wish or simply donate without joining the team. The campaign starts on May 1st so you've got to register before April 30th. Starting from May 1 you'll receive a daily meditation, straight to your inbox.
