Here is a snippet of our conversation…

Happiness is our birthright..

People see me and just go, “Oh my gosh, I keep watching you and you keep evolving”. It's because I just love what I do. I connect with amazing people; I learn from people and hopefully vice versa. And then that's how you learn what you want to do with your life, because you go “I want to be that happy. She does what she loves. Oh, okay. Let me find out what I love to do with me, be that happy as well” because it's possible, it's our birthright. There's no way you can go ‘Oh, but I don’t know what I want to do’. You've got to. Do you want to wake up in the morning and do your breath work? Or do you want to go have a fag and a coffee and go to a nine till five job that you hate. So you have options, you have solutions.

On finding your passion…

.. we're all destined for great things, like you've got great potential. You have to drill down - you can't expect someone else to give you a solution. So every week or whenever I speak to them (clients), we just find out what's happening in their world and it's like, “Oh, I didn't have time”. Oh, so you're giving yourself to others? Helping others, but leaving yourself short and not sitting with yourself, because no one sits with themselves, Amy, no one actually sits with their shadow or, ‘Ooh, I feel a bit uncomfortable. Ooh, what do I want?’ It's because you don't talk to yourself. You're too busy helping other people or getting distracted, scrolling, looking at other people's lives, and you are not journaling, you're not doing your mirror talk, you're not meditating because when you sit and you meditate, things come. It’s in that space. Or even when you're speaking with connecting with like-minded people - that's what lights my fire.

Owning who you are..

I think for a lot of women, they really have to dig deep to find the courage and the optimism and the positivity that you need to make substantial change in their lives. But I think the reason why I'm not getting any let's call them haters, is because I'm being me, like I'm an older woman modelling. I'm not someone that's just got face surgery to look like a 22 year old. Do you know what I mean? So I'm actually just in my space, in my lane being me, and that's what women need to be as well, loving what they do now, today, be in the moment. And I mean no offense to those people that want to reverse their lifelines, but I love my lifelines. You know, like, this is me I would prefer to just age gracefully, you know? So I think that's why people have embraced this new career change of mine.

This is what happens when you design your life, consciously..

Things are just flowing now. I'm in the flow - I designed this, as soon as I let go of all the “I can't do that, I'm too fat, my hair's white”. All that doubt, you know, the monkey brain and you then have that self-belief system that is so powerful that I get calls and I'm like, Oh my gosh, I just thought of that brand and I want work with this person. I want to connect with that person. That's why that journaling, that mirror talk, that self-affirmation is so powerful and manifesting - people call me the manifesting queen because everything that I pop on paper or say out loud happens. Because I do the work, I put it out there. I love what I do.
