Shipping policy

The following shipping policy applies to the delivery of all our products. 

Who do you ship with? 
For Australian orders, we use a range of trusted delivery partners and select the most cost-effective option available for your order and destination.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders received before 12pm Monday to Friday will be shipped from Melbourne the same business day. Orders received after 12pm, or on weekends and public holidays, will be shipped from Melbourne the next business day.

During sales and other particularly busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer. Any expected delays will be communicated on our website.

International Customs & Import Fees
We’re based in Melbourne, Australia and proudly ship to several international countries (see below). Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once they reach your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.  Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and cannot predict their cost. If you’re unsure whether these charges apply to your order, we recommend checking with your local customs office before making a purchase.

Unfortunately we are no longer able to ship to the US due to recently implemented import tariff requirements.

How much will shipping cost?

Australia wide:
- We offer free standard shipping for orders over $125.
- For standard orders up to 250g, a flat rate of $10.95 applies.
- For standard orders between 250g and 1kg, a flat rate of $13.95 applies.
- For standard orders above 1kg, a flat rate of $17.95 applies.

- Express post upgrade on each level is $7.

New Zealand:
- We offer $10 shipping for orders up to 250g.
- For orders from 251g - 500g, a flat rate of $12 applies
- For orders from 501g - 1kg, a flat rate of $16 applies.
- For orders from 1.01kg to 1.5kg a flat rate of $20 applies.
- For orders from 1.501kg - 2kg a flat rate of $24 applies.
- For orders from 2.01kg to 2.5kg a flat rate of $27 applies.
- For orders from 2.501 kg to 3kg a flat rate of $39 applies.

Singapore:
- For orders from 0.01g - 250g, a flat rate of $15 applies
- For orders from 251g - 500g, a flat rate of $20 applies
- For orders from 501g - 1kg, a flat rate of $30 applies.
- For orders from 1.01kg to 1.5kg a flat rate of $39 applies.
- For orders from 1.501kg - 2kg a flat rate of $49 applies.

Canada:
- For orders from 0.01g - 250g, a flat rate of $16 applies
- For orders from 251g - 500g, a flat rate of $21 applies
- For orders from 501g - 1kg, a flat rate of $31 applies.
- For orders from 1.01kg to 1.5kg a flat rate of $41 applies.
- For orders from 1.501kg - 2kg a flat rate of $50 applies.

Please note, The Holistic Ingredient reserves the right to make changes to shipping rates without notice. All current shipping rates are outlined on each product page on the site.

Australia Post currently estimates 4-6 business days for standard domestic shipping and 1-2 business days for express shipping, unless outside metropolitan areas. We anticipate occasional delays, so your patience is appreciated.
