Aleph Cheek/Lip Tint: Rêve

Apply with the fingertips or Aleph Buffer Brush to the cheeks for a wash of color.

Dab to create a tint to the lips or apply with Aleph Lip Brush for intensity.

Mix with other tints or Radiance Balm to create custom shades.

For perfect cheek colour placement, draw an imaginary line down from your pupil and across from just under your nose and place the colour at the intersection. Then blend upward and outward.

Mix with other shades to create custom colours and layer with Lucid Lip Gloss Balm for a glossy tint.

THEOBROMA CACAO (COCOA) SEED BUTTER (ORGANIC)
High in antioxidants, hydrating and nourishing to the skin and provides a luxurious skin feel. Creates a barrier to the skin preventing water loss while nourishing the skin.

SIMMONDSIA CHINESIS (JOJOBA) SEED OIL (ORGANIC)
An organic cold pressed oil extracted from the seeds of the Jojoba shrub. Very similar profile to the skin’s sebum making this a great ingredient for all skin types, helping the skin to find its equilibrium and regulate sebum production.This ingredient also helps to guard against water loss in the skin.

RINCINUS COMMUNIS (CASTOR) SEED OIL (ORGANIC)
A thick plant oil high with a low molecular weight to penetrate the skin easily for added skin softening.

TOTAROL ™ (ORGANIC)
Extracted from the iconic New Zealand native tree Totara through a clean, green extraction process.The Totara is known to live up to 1000 years with its totarol component protecting the tree from microbial attack. It is a naturally occurring, active plant ingredient that boasts potent anti-bacterial and antioxidant properties. It acts as a natural, non-toxic preservative, is gentle on sensitive skin and active against acne. Totarol is harvested from reclaimed wood, so no trees are harmed in this process!

UBIQUINONE
Also known as Coenzyme Q10 is a nutrient that occurs naturally in the body and is in many of the foods we eat. A fat-soluble vitamin responsible for cell protection and energy production in the body. Studies have shown that coenzyme Q10 can significantly reduce the appearance of wrinkles and improve the appearance of aged skin. This is due to its powerful antioxidant properties, which help to protect the skin from UV damage, stimulate healthy collagen.

Rêve contains a small amount of Red 7 in order to achieve this colour and remain vegan. These dyes have not yet been approved by the FDA for use around the eye area in the USA. They have however been approved and deemed safe for use by the EU equivalent- The European Medicines Agency.

When will my order be shipped?
Outside of weekends and public holidays, we do our best to have all orders sent out within 1-2 business days.  Orders received by 9.30am are generally shipped same day, unless we are experiencing high volumes of orders.

During sale periods there will be a delay in processing orders. As a small business, we appreciate your understanding here.

When can I expect my parcel?
We anticipate 3-6 business days for standard domestic shipping and 1-2 days for express post, with a little longer when outside metropolitan areas. We anticipate occasional delays, so your patience is appreciated.

Where can I track my order?

Australian orders are sent out via Australia Post or Aramex. Confirmation and shipping emails will be delivered to your inbox. Please make sure you check your spam folder if they don’t arrive.

International Orders.

All international packages are sent with a required signature upon delivery. Due to logistics and cost, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased outside of Australia. We appreciate your understanding here. 

International Customs & Import Fees

We’re based in Australia and proudly ship to several international countries (see below). Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once they reach your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and cannot predict their cost. If you’re unsure whether these charges apply to your order, we recommend checking with your local customs office before making a purchase.

Lost Packages.

We will assist you in every way possible if your package is lost in transit. It is the customer's responsibility to firstly submit a query to the relevant shipping company should you feel your item is missing. Once you have submitted the query please reach out to us to let us know. However, once the shipping courier has provided proof of delivery, we cannot be held responsible for the package.

If you wish to ensure receipt of your package, you can opt for a signature-required delivery at checkout.

RETURNS

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please refer to our policy below.

Returns are accepted within 14 business days of receiving your order, provided the items are in their original condition. Please see below for exceptions to exchangeable items.

For change of mind returns, we offer exchanges or online credit.

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, folded in the same way that they arrived, and with original tags attached. Note, our fulfilment team are unable to iron crumpled garments for resale. We recommend taking care when trying on items – garments received with make-up stains or other signs of wear will not be accepted.

Please note that additional shipping charges apply.

The Holistic Ingredient accepts refunds on faulty items only. In the event of receiving a faulty item, we offer an exchange, online credit, or refund.

Please note all international sales are final.

To organise a return:

• Contact hello@theholisticingredient.com within 14 business days of receiving your item(s), stating your reason for return, name, order number, and details of the item you wish to return.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please inform us which item you wish to exchange for, noting that exchanges incur additional shipping charges. If we are unable to fulfil your exchange request, online credit will be issued.
• Ship your item via tracked shipping. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Items that cannot be exchanged.

Due to regulations, food (including all blends on the site), cosmetics and skin care products cannot be returned based on change of mind. Please also note, the colour of all lipstick, tint and nail polish products represented on your screen may not be accurate due to the variance in computer monitors, so please choose carefully.
