Aleph Serum/Primer

Protective and Nourishing Serum: Use as part of your skincare routine by applying 2-3 drops to the palms of the hands and pressing into the face.

Makeup Primer: Apply as above prior to Concealer/Foundation. To avoid eye makeup creasing, avoid the eye area Serum/Primer.

Tinted Moisturiser: Mix 1-3 drops with Concealer/Foundation to create light and nourishing veil of coverage.

Mix 1-3 drops of Serum/Primer with 1/3 pea size to create a silky liquid foundation. Adjust the opacity as you like. 1 drop = full coverage, 2 drops = medium, 3 drops = sheer tint.

Silybum Marianum (Milk Thistle Extract) Strengthens skin barrier and helps retain optimum moisture levels. Creates a silky feel and holds pigment to the skin.

Hibiscus Syriacus Callus Extract- A plant cell complex derived from the Blue Bird Hibiscus plant, this antioxidant stimulates the skin metabolism, slows down the natural oxidation process and reduces the production of  free radicals. The result is a visible decrease in wrinkle size and depth, as well as an improved skin tone.

Jojoba Esters. Improves barrier function, enhances oxidative stability of the product. Highly moisturizing.

Extract:  Offers complementary mechanisms for a visible multi-lifting effect

When will my order be shipped?
Outside of weekends and public holidays, we do our best to have all orders sent out within 1-2 business days.  Orders received by 9.30am are generally shipped same day, unless we are experiencing high volumes of orders.

During sale periods there will be a delay in processing orders. As a small business, we appreciate your understanding here.

When can I expect my parcel?
We anticipate 3-6 business days for standard domestic shipping and 1-2 days for express post, with a little longer when outside metropolitan areas. We anticipate occasional delays, so your patience is appreciated.

Where can I track my order?

Australian orders are sent out via Australia Post or Aramex. Confirmation and shipping emails will be delivered to your inbox. Please make sure you check your spam folder if they don’t arrive.

International Orders.

All international packages are sent with a required signature upon delivery. Due to logistics and cost, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased outside of Australia. We appreciate your understanding here. 

International Customs & Import Fees

We’re based in Australia and proudly ship to several international countries (see below). Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once they reach your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and cannot predict their cost. If you’re unsure whether these charges apply to your order, we recommend checking with your local customs office before making a purchase.

Lost Packages.

We will assist you in every way possible if your package is lost in transit. It is the customer's responsibility to firstly submit a query to the relevant shipping company should you feel your item is missing. Once you have submitted the query please reach out to us to let us know. However, once the shipping courier has provided proof of delivery, we cannot be held responsible for the package.

If you wish to ensure receipt of your package, you can opt for a signature-required delivery at checkout.

RETURNS

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please refer to our policy below.

Returns are accepted within 14 business days of receiving your order, provided the items are in their original condition. Please see below for exceptions to exchangeable items.

For change of mind returns, we offer exchanges or online credit.

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, folded in the same way that they arrived, and with original tags attached. Note, our fulfilment team are unable to iron crumpled garments for resale. We recommend taking care when trying on items – garments received with make-up stains or other signs of wear will not be accepted.

Please note that additional shipping charges apply.

The Holistic Ingredient accepts refunds on faulty items only. In the event of receiving a faulty item, we offer an exchange, online credit, or refund.

Please note all international sales are final.

To organise a return:

• Contact hello@theholisticingredient.com within 14 business days of receiving your item(s), stating your reason for return, name, order number, and details of the item you wish to return.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please inform us which item you wish to exchange for, noting that exchanges incur additional shipping charges. If we are unable to fulfil your exchange request, online credit will be issued.
• Ship your item via tracked shipping. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Items that cannot be exchanged.

Due to regulations, food (including all blends on the site), cosmetics and skin care products cannot be returned based on change of mind. Please also note, the colour of all lipstick, tint and nail polish products represented on your screen may not be accurate due to the variance in computer monitors, so please choose carefully.
