One of the questions I often receive is, "How long before I notice a difference?"
And the answer is, it depends!
Each of my blends has a different purpose. Some offer benefits from the very first serve, while others work more gradually, with changes that may become noticeable over weeks or months.
I'm a big believer in consistency, but I'm equally passionate about keeping expectations realistic. My blends aren't miracle workers, nor are they a substitute for good food, movement, rest and all the other things that contribute to our wellbeing. They're simply another way to nourish and support ourselves along the way.
So, let's look at what you might expect from each one.
Marine Collagen with Hyaluronic Acid
As we age, our body's natural collagen production declines, while changes in skin hydration and elasticity become more noticeable.
Marine collagen provides collagen peptides, while hyaluronic acid is known for its ability to bind water. I've also included vitamin C and zinc, which contribute to normal collagen formation and the maintenance of healthy skin.
What to expect: Research into oral collagen peptides suggests some people may notice improvements in skin hydration and elasticity after approximately 8–12 weeks of regular use. Results vary, and the evidence for added oral hyaluronic acid is still developing.
Marine Collagen with Kakadu & Davidson Plum
This raspberry-flavoured blend brings together hydrolysed marine collagen, vitamin C-rich Kakadu plum, Davidson plum and zinc.
Vitamin C plays an important role in normal collagen formation, while zinc contributes to the maintenance of healthy skin, hair and nails.
What to expect: As with my unflavoured collagen, any noticeable changes in skin hydration or elasticity are more likely to be gradual. Many collagen studies assess results after 8–12 weeks, although individual outcomes vary.
Daily Greens with Monk Fruit
My Daily Greens brings together nutrient-rich grasses, spirulina and chlorella in a refreshing lemon and lime blend.
I created it as a convenient way to bring more greens into our daily routines, particularly on those days when life gets busy and our food choices aren't quite as varied as we'd like.
What to expect: Rather than expecting an immediate surge of energy or a dramatic change, think of Daily Greens as a simple addition to an already nourishing diet. There isn't reliable evidence that taking a greens powder for a particular number of weeks will produce a predictable change in energy, digestion or immunity - however customers have provided reviews sharing their improved energy in days.
And remember, it's an addition to your vegetables, not a replacement for them!

Creatine Monohydrate
This is one of my absolute favourites, particularly for women who want to maintain strength and physical capacity as they age.
Creatine helps replenish the energy our muscles use during short, intense efforts, making it especially relevant for strength training, cycling, Pilates and other forms of exercise.
What to expect: With a consistent daily intake of 3g, muscle creatine stores generally build over several weeks. When combined with appropriate training, creatine can help improve performance during repeated high-intensity efforts and support strength gains over time.
There's also growing interest in creatine and cognitive health, although the research is still developing and benefits aren't established for everyone.
You don't need to load or cycle it. Just take your daily serve consistently.
Creamy Vanilla Goat Whey Protein
Protein becomes particularly important as we get older, helping us maintain muscle mass and supporting recovery from exercise.
My Creamy Vanilla Goat Whey provides 17g of protein per serve, including all nine essential amino acids.
What to expect: Unlike some blends, protein contributes to your daily nutritional intake from the very first serve. Over time, consuming enough protein alongside resistance exercise helps support muscle maintenance and growth.
You may find it particularly useful after exercise or at breakfast, when your usual meal might otherwise be a little light on protein.
Daily Hydration
Hydration is something I pay particular attention to, especially with the amount of cycling I do.
My Daily Hydration blends contain electrolytes, including sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium, to help replace minerals lost through sweat.
What to expect: This isn't a blend you need to take for weeks before it can be useful. Electrolytes have an immediate physiological role in fluid balance and normal muscle function, particularly when you're sweating heavily or exercising for extended periods.
How much you need will depend on your activity, the weather and your individual sweat losses. On quieter days, plain water may be all you need.

A little patience goes a long way
If there's one thing I'd love you to take away from this article, it's that consistency matters, but so do realistic expectations.
Some blends help meet your nutritional needs today. Others, such as creatine and collagen, may offer benefits that are more apparent after several weeks of regular use.
And sometimes the changes are subtle. You might notice improvements in your training performance, find it easier to meet your daily protein needs or simply enjoy having a routine that helps you feel more intentional about caring for yourself.
You don't need to take every blend, and you certainly don't need to turn your morning into a complicated wellness production!
Choose what suits your needs, follow the serving instructions and give yourself time.
After all, looking after ourselves is something we do over a lifetime, not a 30-day challenge.
