ONE SEED makes natural perfumes that smell as good as they make you feel.
Since 2009 they have been designing and making perfumes with care from their studio in Adelaide, South Australia. They believe that the natural world has given them the tools they need to create the best smelling perfumes possible, and they choose to celebrate this by working with materials that are pure, botanical, vegan-friendly and cruelty-free. Using all-natural ingredients with at least 80% organic content, they are gentle on both the skin and the environment - as they should be.
Natural fragrance has the ability to create complex scent profiles that change in depth and character when in contact with skin. This means that when you wear a ONE SEED perfume, you are experiencing a version of that fragrance that is completely individual to you.
Sometimes during transit the atomiser may get blocked with an air bubble and you may find it doesn't spray. If this happens, firmly depress the pump all the way to the bottom, then let it spring back. Do this action quickly, but leave time in between for the pump to rebound. It usually primes in 4-5 pumps, but you may need up to 10 pumps to get it working.
Note: if you depress the atomiser too slowly you will cause the product to dribble out. Depressing too quickly and not allowing time in between pumps will not allow air to get inside the actuator, and won't draw the liquid into the tube.
DO NOT REMOVE THE ATOMISER! This will break it.

When can I expect my parcel?
Australia Post currently estimates 4-6 business days for standard domestic shipping. They estimate 1-2 days for express post, with a little longer when outside metropolitan areas. We anticipate occasional delays, so your patience is appreciated.
Where can I track my order?
Australian orders are sent out via Australia Post. Confirmation and shipping emails will be delivered to your inbox. Please make sure you check your spam folder if they don’t arrive.
What if I need to return a product?
Should your product arrive faulty or damaged we offer a 14 day return policy, providing the product is unopened. Please email us at hello@theholisticingredient.com as soon as you can so that we can look after you. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Can I return a nail polish, lipstick, sunscreen or skin care?
Due to hygiene regulations, cosmetics and skin care products cannot be returned based on change of mind. Please also note, the colour of all lipstick and nail polish products represented on your screen may not be accurate due to the variance in computer monitors, so please choose carefully.
When will my order be shipped?
Outside of weekends and public holidays, we will do our best to have all orders sent out within 24 hours of purchase. As a small business, we appreciate your understanding here.
